Overview
Pricing for GTA Sign Depot products and services are subject to change at GTA Sign Depot’s sole discretion with or without notice and may or may not reflect on invoice at the time of purchase.
Sale price on promotional items is only valid while supplies last or at the discretion of GTA Sign Depot. Minimum order quantity is required for sale price where displayed. No substitutions unless stated.
Refunds
All products and materials are inspected prior to shipping or customer pick up.
In the case of a return, only product in perfect condition sold within 30 days will be accepted, at the discretion of GTA Sign Depot management.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee should GTA Sign Depot pick up any product or material at corresponding delivery address.
A discounted 10% restocking fee is applied to any orders that are returned to the GTA Sign Depot warehouse.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@gtasign.ca.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Promotional items are FINAL SALE.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@gtasign.ca and a scheduled exchange will be in place.
Shipping Returns
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee should GTA Sign Depot pick up any product or material at corresponding delivery address.
A discounted 10% restocking fee is applied to any orders that are delivered to GTA Sign Depot warehouse.
If you are shipping your return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Any moneys that have been applied to a product prior to return will be applied to customer account as credit which can be used towards future orders.
