Q: I just signed up and do not have access to my account. How do I gain access?
A: GTA Sign Depot verifies all accounts that sign-up on the website. We reach out if there are any issues regarding sign-up. All accounts take up to 2-5 business days for approval. If this is urgent please feel free ot call us at 905/478/2175 from Monday -Friday 9am - 5pm.
Q: How do I know my order has been confirmed?​
A: Once you receive an invoice from our QuickBooks system your order has been confirmed. Make sure to check your invoice for accuracy.
Q: How do I access my old gtasign.ca account?​
A: Unfortunately, no accounts from our previous website were moved over onto our new servers. You must remake your account. You can call our office to confirm your membership.
